Today’s photo was taken after we visited the Rosemont Missionary Church. The sun high in the sky and most of us famished due to the longer than expected length of the church service.
Jim Cox, left, talks with Jeff Daniels, right, about the day’s plans in the parking lot of Rosemont Missionary Church in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Jeff is the full time missionary assigned to CCCD where he is the work team coordinator for the teams that come down to do missions work on the campus. Jeff and his wife, Jodi, moved their 5 children down to Jamaica permanently as of October of last year to be full time missionaries at the school.
The photographer captured a great picture story photo!
Hah! I can sympathize. We went to one church service in Cameroon that lasted from 8:30 am until after 2:00 pm. Forget hungry. We had bladder issues! Unfortunately we had to solve those with a “country toilet” in a driving equatorial rainstorm. By the way – an outhouse is luxury compared to a Cameroonian country toilet. Memories!
